About the Event
A healthy self-esteem is essential for growth and happiness. Of all the judgments you make in life, none is as important as the one you make about yourself. Without some measure of self-worth, life can be challenging. In thie program, you will discover some techniques and support that can dramatically change how you feel about yourself and the world around you.
This program consists of;
- Weekly group calls
- A hypnotherapy session every 4 weeks and audio to take away
- Private group to support and share tips and experiences
- Evidence based Mindfulness practices
- Evidence based breathwork, rooted in ancient practices
- Somatic movement exercises, based on Yin/Yang yogaÂ
- Short daily guided evidence based practices
In this workshop you will;
- Understand what is self-esteem, self-worth and what does it mean to you
- Understand how to use the brain and body to facilitate change
- How to build self worth, using evidence based tools and techniques, based on neuroscience
- Increase awareness of what thoughts and beliefs effect esteem and confidence
- Manage unhelpful critical thoughts and self talk
- Learn how to work to change unhelpful thoughts and perspectives to be more positive and helpful
- Develop self compassion and self belief
- Meet like minded people in a safe, encouraging and non-judgemental community
- Increase your ability to deal with the stress in your daily life
- Enhance your relationships
- Improve self-esteem, self worth and confidence
- Gain a renewed sense of enthusiasm for living
