I am a fully trained, qualified, and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist registered with GHR and I hold professional indemnity insurance. I help people overcome their fears and limitations and live more fully, freely and confidently. I use a unique combination of Hypnosis, Coaching, Meditation, Mindfulness and Stress Management techniques, which are all evidence-based (based on the latest scientific evidence) to overcome anxiety, phobias and increase self esteem and self worth, producing lasting change in a short amount of time.

 

In addition, I also am a certified Nutrition and Health Coach with IHS (Institute of Health Sciences) and Yoga teacher, viewing health and wellness holistically. I have also studied with the Academy of Neuroscience, understanding the science and link between wellness and brain health.
